My name is Niko Tsigaras. I was born in 1988 in Uzbekistan, Tashkent. I grew up in Greece, and moved to the US when I was 13 years old. I started my training career in the USA when I turned 14 years old and I fell in love with it since then.

I competed all over USA and around the World, i won many Titles as an Amateur and as a Professional.

WKA, PKF, USKBA, WKU and WKA current North American Title Holder in Glory rules Kickboxing.

Active fighter and sparring partner for world champions.

We teach Kids ages 5+ self confidence, discipline, focusing, healthy mind and body.

Adults up to ages 60+ This sport is for everyone we work on stretching, strengthening exercises and proper breathing techniques.

We have Private and Group training for Adults.

Specialist for Kids, Teenagers and Adult Groups and adults who have never put on a pair of gloves in their live.
